Disney (NYSE: DIS) is said to have picked J.J. Abrams as the director for its highly anticipated feature film 'Star Wars: Episode 7'.
Disney bought Lucasfilm from Star Wars creator George Lusus in October 2012 for $4.05 billion. At that time, the company said they are targeting Star Wars: Episode 7 for release in 2015.
