Dekania Corp. (DEK) and Advanced Equities Financial Corp. Agree to Merge

Advanced Equities Financial Corp., and Dekania Corp. (Amex: DEK) announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which the companies will merge. Upon completion of the merger the combined entity will be known as Advanced Equities Financial Corp., and will be led by the current Advanced Equities senior management team.
