Conolog (CNLG) to Delist from NASDAQ, Begin Trading OTC
Conolog Corporation (Nasdaq: CNLG) announced that, on January 31, 2011, the Company received notification that the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel has determined to delist the Company’s securities from The NASDAQ Stock Market, effective with the open of business on February 2, 2011, due to the Company’s non-compliance with the minimum $2.5 million stockholders’ equity requirement.
The company expects to begin trading on the OTCQB under the same ticker.
