In a Form S-3, Clarient (Nasdaq: CLRT) filed a prospectus related to the offer and sale from time to time of up to 49,287,294 shares of its common stock which are held by certain stockholders. Of this amount, 46,483,821 shares of our common stock are held by the selling stockholders and 2,803,473 shares of our common stock are issuable to one of the selling stockholders upon the exercise of warrants to purchase shares of common stock that were previously issued.
