Citi (C) Lowers Executive Compensation

CNBC's Charlie Gasparino is reporting that Citi (NYSE: C) is going to issue an 8-k outlining a lowered executive compensation plan. For example, instead of executives receiving large cash bonuses, exec's will be compensated in deferred stock options. More is likely to come.
