China Housing (CHLN) Announces Preliminary Q309 Sales Contract Results
China Housing & Land Development, Inc. (NSADAQ: CHLN) today reported preliminary pre-sales contracts of $23.7 million. The total area was 32,066 sq. meters.
In comparison, residential and commercial sales contracts valued at $23.6 million for a total of 32,820 sq. meters sold at the end of the 2009 second quarter.
