China Finance Online Co. Limited (Nasdaq: JRJC) is sharply higher in early action Monday after the company announced that its flagship portal site Stockstar.com has entered into an exclusive partnership with Baidu.com (Nasdaq: BIDU) on a mobile web application to provide financial information services.
Shares of China Finance Online last traded at $1.50, up 24 percent.
