Changes to S&P 100 Index: (V) (UNP) (EMR) (APA) for (CPB) (SLE) (RF) (NYX)

S&P 500 constituents Visa Inc. (NYSE: V), Union Pacific Corp. (NYSE: UNP), Emerson Electric Co. (NYSE: EMR), and Apache Corp. (NYSE: APA) will replace S&P 500 constituents Campbell Soup Co. (NYSE: CPB), Sara Lee Corp. (NYSE: SLE), Regions Financial Corp. (NYSE: RF) and NYSE Euronext Inc. (NYSE: NYX) in the S&P 100 index. All companies being removed from the S&P 100 index will remain in the S&P 500 index. All companies being added to the S&P 100 index are more representative of the U.S. mega-cap equity space.

Meadowbrook Insurance Group Inc. (NYSE: MIG) will replace Jo-Ann Stores Inc. (NYSE: JAS) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index. Private equity firm Leonard Green & Partners, L.P. is acquiring Jo-Ann Stores in a deal expected to be completed on or about March 18.
