Century Casinos (CNTY) Completes $13.4M Sale of South African Subsidiary

Century Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ: CNTY) announced today that the company received the final outstanding payment of approximately $13.4 million for the sale of its South African subsidiary, Century Casinos Africa Ltd.

This concludes the sales transaction of CCA as scheduled.
