Cedar Fair Entertainment Company (NYSE: FUN), today announced that it has retained Spencer Stuart, one of the world's leading executive search consulting firms, to assist the Company in reviewing the composition of its Board of Directors in advance of the Company's 2012 Annual Meeting of Unitholders.
As part of this process, Spencer Stuart will work with the Company's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee to identify and evaluate qualified individuals to be considered as potential nominees to its Board of Directors.
