Calix (CALX) and Occam Networks (OCNW) Provide Detail on Acquisition Proposal
Calix, Inc. (NYSE: CALX) and Occam Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: OCNW) announced that they have provided the following clarification to the proposed merger agreement on September 16, 2010, for Calix to acquire Occam Networks.
"Calix would issue between 16.5% and 18.9% of the outstanding shares of Calix’s common stock based on the number of Calix shares of common stock outstanding as of September 14, 2010, and after the completion of the acquisition, former Occam Networks stockholders will own between 14.1% and 15.9% of the outstanding shares of Calix’s common stock (based on the number of Calix shares of common stock outstanding as of September 14, 2010)."
