In an SEC filing after the close Wednesday, CDC Corp. (Nasdaq: CHINA) disclosed its Chairman Kuo Fung Ch'ien has resigned.
The company will appeal its delisting notification.
Shares of CDC Corp. have been halted since October 5th.
