Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMY) Settles Clean-Air Case -Bloomberg
Bloomberg is reporting that Bristol-Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY) has settle its clean-air case and will spend $3.7 million to reduce the amount of ozone at its plants. Similarly, Bristol-Myers will pay $127,000 in civil penalties.
