Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE: BMY) announces that, upon expiration of their tender offer for ZymoGenetics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZGEN), 82,605,529 shares of ZymoGenetics common stock were tendered, representing approximately 94.9% of the ZymoGenetics shares outstanding.
