Bearclaw Announces That Silver Quest Has Earned Interest in Capoose Property

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/26/09 -- Bearclaw Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE: BRL)(FRANKFURT: 5BQ) announces that Silver Quest Resources Ltd. has incurred the $1 million in exploration expenditures, has paid Bearclaw the final $140,000, and has issued to Bearclaw the final 350,000 Silver Quest shares required for Silver Quest to earn a 60% interest in Bearclaw's Capoose mineral property interest.
