Banks Higher on $26B Foreclosure Settlement

Bank stocks are slightly higher in pre-open trading amid a $26 billion settlement with state and federal governments related to foreclosure abuses.

Bank of America (NYSE: BAC), Citigroup (NYSE: C), JPMorgan Chase (NYSE: JPM), Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC), and Ally were included in the settlement.
