Astex (ASTX) Says FDA Committee Won't Support Dacogen Benefit/Risk Profile; Stock to Resume at 2:05pm ET

Shares of Astex Pharma (Nasdaq: ASTX) are set to resume trading at 2:05pm ET following news the FDA's Oncologic Drugs Advisory Committee voted not to support the current Dacogen profile.

Data in partner Eisai’s sNDA for Dacogen for Injection did not support a favorable benefit-risk profile for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in adults 65 years of age or older who are not considered candidates for induction therapy.
