Ashworth Inc. (Nasdaq: ASHW) reports a Q3 loss of $0.65, which includes items and may not compare to the consensus of a $0.14 loss. Revenues were $45.2 million, versus the consensus of $48.64 million.

Ashworth also said it is exploring options, including a possible merger or sale.
