Arista Networks (NYSE: ANET) is likely to win challenge of two Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO) patents, according to Bloomberg. A review of two Cisco patents was instituted, while a third was rejected. The Patent Trial and Appeal Board said Arista is likely to succeed in proving invalidity of at least one aspect of each patent.
