MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 09/22/08 -- Amex Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE: AMX) (the "Corporation") announces that it has granted a total of 700,000 stock options to its directors pursuant to the stock option plan. Each stock option entitles its holder to subscribe one common share of the Corporation at a price of $0.10 for a period of five years.
The vesting and holding periods of the stock options are subjects to the Policy 4.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange and the Corporation's incentive stock option plan.
