Ameriprise Financial (AMP) To Purchase For Cash Up To $250M In Notes
Ameriprise Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AMP) commenced a fixed price cash tender offer to purchase up to $250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 5.35% Senior Notes due November 15, 2010.
The tender offer is scheduled to expire at 11:59 p.m. New York City time on July 29, 2009, unless extended.
