American Mold Guard (AMGI) Shares to be Suspended as of April 18, 2008
American Mold Guard, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMGI) received a determination letter from the staff of The Nasdaq Stock Market stating that the Staff has determined to delist American Mold Guard's securities from the Nasdaq Capital Market. Accordingly, unless the company requests an appeal of the Staff's determination, trading of American Mold Guard's securities will be suspended at the opening of business on April 18, 2008 and a Form 25-NSE will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which will remove American Mold Guard's securities from listing and registration on The Nasdaq Stock Market.
