Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq: ACTG) announced that its Radiation Stabilization Solutions LLC subsidiary has entered into a settlement agreement with Varian Medical Systems, Inc (NYSE: VAR).
The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
