Celgene Corporation (Nasdaq: CELG) and Abraxis Bioscience, Inc. (Nasdaq: ABII) announced that Abraxis' shareholders have voted in favor of a merger between the two companies.
The companies anticipate the closing of the transaction will occur on October 15, 2010.
