Abbott (NYSE: ABT) said it has no comment on reports its takeover partner Alere (NYSE: ALR) faces a criminal probe related to Medicare and Medicaid billing.
"We don’t have any comment on this matter," an Abbott spokesperson told StreetInsider.com.
