AIG Hired Law Firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges To Draw Up Bankruptcy Papers-NYT

The New York Times reported that American International Group (NYSE: AIG) has hired law firm Weil, Gotshal to draw up bankruptcy papers, and AIG could file for bankruptcy as soon as tomorrow if a remedy solution is not reached.

AIG is using the same firm that Lehman Brothers (NYSE: LEH) used for its bankruptcy.
