21st Century (TCHC) Reported a Q3 Loss

21st Century Holding (NASDAQ: TCHC) reported a net loss of $3.99 million or $0.50 per share on 8.0 million average undiluted shares outstanding, as compared to a net loss of $1.5 million, or $0.19 per share.

Total revenues decreased $3.1 million or 19.3% to $12.9 million for the three months ended September 30, 2009, as compared to $16.0 million for the same three-month period last year.

Net premiums earned decreased $6.7 million or 41.5% to $9.5 million for the three months ended September 30, 2009, as compared to $16.2 million for the same three-month period last year.
