The very sharp drop in Herbalife (NYSE: HLF) shares is being attributed to questions about disclosures from short-seller David Einhorn on the company's conference call. On trader described Einhorn as "grilling" a Herbalife exec. Stay tuned for more details.

After plunging as much as 21 percent to an intraday low at $55.55, Herbalife shares are now trading around $59.62, down about 15 percent from Monday's close.
