Tyco (TYC) Guides Q2, Narrows FY12 EPS Outlook
On its Q1 conference call, Tyco (NYSE: TYC) offered an update on some guidance.
Sees Q2 adj-EPS of about 77 cents, which compares to the Street estimate of 81 cents. Anticipating sequential headwinds related to restructuring.
Raised and narrowed its FY12 EPS guidance from $3.50-$3.60 to $3.55-$3.60, which compares to the Street estimate of $3.62. Reaffirmed its sales outlook of $17.5-$17.7 billion.
