Shares of PF Chang's (Nasdaq: PFCB) are just barely off session highs as the company's presentation at the BofA Merrill Lynch Consumer & Retail conference is currently underway. CEO Mark Mumford is speaking.

Some highlights so far:
  • Pei Wei is the vehicle growth for the company
  • expecting to open 12-16 new Pei Wei stores this year
  • sees 2012 sales growth of 1-2 percent
  • affirms FY12 EPS outlook of $1.50-$1.60
  • expecting the second half of this year to be stronger
  • sees cash flow from operations of $105-$115 million this year
