Shares of Dominion Resources (NYSE: D) have ticked into positive territory over the last few minutes of trade as the company's Chairman, President and CEO Tom Farrell is currently speaking at a Credit Suisse Energy Summit.
Farrell said Dominion is planning to raise its dividend by 5-6 percent annually. Dominion currently offers a $0.5275 per share quarterly dividend which yields more than 4 percent.
Dominion shares are now up 0.4 percent to $50.45.
