Citi Technician Says Brent Could Hit Record in 2013

In a note, Citi’s chief technical analyst, Tom Fitzpatrick, said Brent looked increasingly bullish, and could move higher in the months ahead. He also said the commodity may hit a record price in 2013.
After forming a double bottom formation, he thinks Brent is on its way higher, with interim resistance at between $117.95 and $118.98.
