The following is a list of stocks with the lowest price-to-book ratio and market cap over $300 million. The order is based on daily volume versus the actual P/B ratio.

* Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) at 0.74 times
* Cliffs Natural (NYSE: CLF) at 0.55 times
* Citigroup (NYSE: C) at 0.84 times
* BlackBerry (Nasdaq: BBRY) at 0.50 times
* Petrobras (NYSE: PBR) at 0.57 times
* Barrick Gold (NYSE: ABX) at 0.78 times
* Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) at 0.87 times
* Alpha Natural (NYSE: ANR) at 0.24 times
* Regions (NYSE: RF) at 0.94 times
* Vale (NYSE: VALE) at 0.98 times

In terms of overall performance since the start of 2013, Barrick Gold and Cliffs had a tough run, dropping 49 percent and 52 percent, respectively. Leading the pack higher are the financials: Morgan Stanley up 46 percent, Regions up 43.4 percent, CIti up 33 percent, and BofA up 28 percent.
