T-Mobile (NYSE: TMUS) isn't letting opportunity pass it by.
9to5mac observed today that T-Mobile will be offering the first 200-megabytes (MB) of data usage per month free to Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) iPads with LTE connectivity. After that, users will pay $30 for 2.5-gigabytes (GB) and $40 for 4.5-GB.
While T-Mobile makes the same offer for Google (Nasdaq: GOOG) Chromebooks, it's a step in the right direction for the company that would like to unseat Verizon and AT&T as top U.S. carrier.
