Is Nokia (NYSE: NOK) topping Google (Nasdaq: GOOG), Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL), BlackBerry (Nasdaq: BBRY), and others in a key category?
Data from AmplifiedAnalytics, which surveyed 142,369 online customers' service reviews published prior to March 30, 2012, Nokia ousted its peers in customer satisfaction. Smartphone customers across all U.S. wireless carriers were 21 percent more satisfied, on average.
The following were the top rankings for the carriers for all handsets:
Of course, there might be a smaller sampling of Nokia users versus those on a Google Android or Apple iOS handset. Still, 21 percent is a significant margin with such fierce competition.
Nokia's smartphones run Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) Windows Phone 8.
Shares of Nokia are up over 2 percent Monday.
