Google (GOOG) Puts ISPs on Watch for YouTube Quality

Google (Nasdaq: GOOG) is launching its Video Quality Report, which covers how ISPs rate in terms of providing solid service for YouTube.
ISPs are labeled as high definition, standard definition, or low definition. HD would allow users to watch video with at least 720p quality, SD is at 360p or above, and LD is anything below 360p.
Results will vary based on your location, but it covers names like Verizon (NYSE: VZ) FiOS, AT&T (NYSE: T) U-Verse, and Charter Communications (Nasdaq: CHTR), among others. The link to the site is here.
