ECB Said to Propose QE of EUR 50B/Month Through 2016 (FXE) (UUP)

ECB said to propose a quantitative easing initiative of €50 billion per month through 2016.
According to Bloomberg, the purchases would be focused on sovereign bonds and wouldn't take effect before March 2015.
The ECB Executive Board will convene for a meeting later today with president Mario Draghi holding a press conference tomorrow at 2:30pm Frankfurt time (8:30am EST).
