Bank Stocks Gain on Yellen Testimony (BAC) (C) (GS) (JPM) (MS) (WFC)

Bank stocks are notably higher in the wake of Janet Yellen's testimony to Congress. While Yellen didn't say when rates would rise, she said it could happen at any meeting once they change the forward guidance. A higher rate environment (if it were to happen) is a positive for banks.
