Wells Fargo upgraded Vanguard Health Systems (NYSE: VHS) from Market Perform to Outperform with a price target range of $11-13 from $10-12.

Analyst, Gary Lieberman, said, "Upgrading in order to incorporate the expected benefit from healthcare reform beginning in 2014-2015. We believe that shares of each company are undervalued by 42%."
