Jefferies reiterates a 'Buy' on Diana Containerships (NASDAQ: DCIX) price target of $8.00 (from $10.00).
Analyst, Douglas J. Mavrinac, said, "Late last week, Diana Containerships announced that it had completed an equity offering of 8.1 million shares priced at $6.25 per share raising gross proceeds of $50.6 million to be used for general corporate purposes including potential acquisitions, though none have been identified at this point."
FY12 EPS estimate cut from $0.64 to $0.56 and FY13 from $0.50 to $0.37.
