Jefferies Downgrades Ann Inc. (ANN) to Hold on Valuation

Jefferies downgraded Ann Inc. (NYSE: ANN) from Buy to Hold with a price target of $35.00 (from $40.00) saying the current valuation is fair with the stock up 35% 2012 vs. the S&P 500 up 12%.

"While we expect business trends to be solid going forward, we see less incremental upside given the improvements already made and believe these fundamental improvements are fully reflected in the stock's valuation."
