Deutsche Bank upgraded Audience, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADNC) from Sell to Hold with a price target of $13.00 (from $5.00) following better-than-expected Q4 results.

The firm comments, "Overall, we think Audience executed well this quarter, helped by better-than-expected demand for the iPhone 4S." That said, the firm remain cautious on the name given that 4S royalty revenues will continue to decline to zero over the next few quarters.
