Deutsche Bank downgraded Dell (NASDAQ: DELL) from Buy to Hold with a price target of $13.65 (from $15.00) following today's 'take private' deal. The firm while the deal comes at a discount to other structurally challenged companies like HPQ and LXK a superior bid seems unlikely.
