Compass Point reiterates a 'Neutral' on Lennar (NYSE: LEN) price target of $26.00 (from $25.00).
Analyst, Wilkes Graham, said, "LEN's quarter was marked by a "symbolic" deferred tax asset (DTA) reversal, an ex-DTA EPS beat of $0.21 versus our estimate and a consensus estimate of $0.17, and strong core homebuilding growth. New order growth in Southeast Florida was particularly impressive and demonstrative of LEN's ability to execute successful land deals...Our opinion on LEN shares could become more constructive should the key indicators continue to improve throughout the summer, which would be evidence of a more robust than anticipated recovery."
Graham raises FY12 EPS estimate from $0.79 to $0.86 and FY13 EPS from $1.56 to $1.76.
