Pacific Crest maintained an Overweight rating on Arista Networks (NYSE: ANET) and raised its price target to $88.00 (from $80.00). Analyst Brent Bracelin noted cloud and service provider customers remain bullish on Arista and pointed out that new construction activity bodes well for upside in the second half of the year into 2016.
"Field work this week with cloud customers and channel partners increases our confidence that Arista is poised for upside in 2H15 and into 2016 based on: 1) new data center construction activity at Apple, Microsoft, Facebook and Google; and 2) broader channel distribution through HP and Supermicro," said Bracelin.
