Oppenheimer maintains an 'Outperform' on VocalTec Communications (NASDAQ: CALL) price target of $32.00 (from $30.00).
Analyst, Timothy Horan, said, "CALL provided revenue and EPS guidance for 3Q12 above our estimates. We are increasing our 3Q12E EPS to $0.60 from $0.42 and FY12E goes to $1.65 from $1.52. The upside was largely due to lower marketing, but network expenses were also contained. Negatively, the lower marketing spending and the uncertain launch date of the new magicJack will likely impact revenues. We have lowered our 4Q12 and 2013 revenue estimates. We are maintaining our 2013 EPS estimate, given the company's demonstrated cost management. Positively, the new magicJack is performing well, and we think the viral growth in app downloads bodes very well for long-term growth and profitability."
