Dahlman Rose downgraded Aircastle Limited (NYSE: AYR) from Buy to Hold following Q4 results.
The firm comments, "We are downgrading Aircastle to Hold from Buy. We believe
the shares are fairly valued at current levels given the fleet and exposure to the air freight market. Aircastle has committed $210MM in assets for delivery in 2013 but expects to eventually match last year's investment of $843MM."
For 1Q13, the firm forecast EPS of $0.24, compared to the consensus estimate
of $0.37. For 2013, they forecast EPS of $1.50, down from their prior estimate of $1.90 and compared to the consensus estimate of $1.69. They are initiating 2014 EPS estimate of $1.80, compared to the consensus estimate of $1.92.
