Canaccord Genuity reiterates a 'Buy' on Datalink Corporation (NASDAQ: DTLK) price target of $12.00.
Analyst, Bobby Burleson, said, "We reiterate our rating following below-consensus top-line results and guidance, and a largely in-line view for EPS, as we expect Datalink to grow sales in the virtual data center segment with premium partnership status at NetApp (Nasdaq: NTAP), Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO) and EMC (NYSE: EMC). In our view, continued margin expansion could drive upside to estimates with increased penetration of higher-margin managed services offerings across the customer base."
