MKM Partners downgraded Auxilium Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: AUXL) from Buy to Neutral. PT maintained at $25.
Analyst, Jon LeCroy, said, "While we view 2Q12 as a positive quarter, Auxilium shares have surpassed our 12-month price target of $25 (shares are up over 50% from its May low), and we are lowering our rating."
"Based on 2Q12 results, we are increasing our 2012-2016 revenue estimates and lowering our 2012-2016 operating cost estimates, which increases our 2012-2016 EPS estimates. Our new 2012-2016 EPS estimates are ($0.09), ($0.08), $0.77, $0.89 and $1.04 from ($0.20), ($0.12), $0.37, $0.87 and $1.02, respectively."
