UBS reiterates a 'Buy' on Lululemon Athletica Inc. (NASDAQ: LULU) price target of $88.00 (from $80.00).
Analyst, Roxanne Meyer, said, "Coming off of 2Q, we feel good about the strength of LULU's fundamentals, with August trends solid, and about management's inventory strategy and execution. 2Q comp metrics, driven by traffic, are driving LULU's market leading position, and there is no overt evidence of comp pressure from Athleta. Earnings are now heading significantly higher over the next few years due to a lower tax rate, though we see numerous comp and margin levers to drive upside."
FY13 EPS estimate raised from $1.62 to $1.80 and FY14 from $2.09 to $2.39.
